Order Care & Protection

Our Order Care & Protection service includes the shipping, handling, and protection of your order from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5–7 business days after processing.

Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders containing a diffuser require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges required by their destination country. Customs authorities may inspect or delay shipments, which is outside of our control.

Currency Conversions

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your card issuer or bank determines the final exchange rate applied to your transaction, which may vary slightly from current market rates.

This wording makes the fee feel like a premium Order Care & Protection service while still truthfully explaining that it covers shipping and handling.
